The challenge

In the current competitive business environment, Sally Salons relies on its lighting compliance and maintenance contractors, as much as any other supplier in order to maintain optimal business conditions, and reduce the impact of downtime and maintenance on the bottom line.

The client was looking to make savings on maintenance costs and we had the opportunity to propose a solution for more efficient and cost-effective maintenance.

Our solution

We devised a regular planned lighting maintenance schedule that would avoid unnecessary disruption to their operations. There is a dedicated client manager as a consistent and regular point of contact and we cover all aspects of electrical maintenance and compliance. Their package also includes reactive maintenance call outs, appliance in use tests, scheduled call outs, EICRs, and PAT testing.

We also set a schedule for emergency lighting testing to ensure every Sally Salons is always compliant with regulations.
